His nickname is Cash because he used to say his name was “Cash-los” when he was a child. He received Jesus as his Savior and Lord in 1982, when he still was a young man. Since then, he served the Lord with passion, preaching in parks, streets and buses. About the same time he began his student life in the Francisco Marroquín University, a private college in Guatemala City. He graduated Cum Laude as a Bachelor in Information Systems Management. Still as a student, he married Sonia, the mother of his three precious children: Carlos Enrique, Juan Diego and Ana Gabriela. Sonia has been a loyal support for his ministry.
He already was a successful entrepreneur when he was called by God to serve him fulltime. Since that day, their ministry is followed by miracles and signals, as they are convinced wholeheartedly that it is not their presence, but the Holy Spirit touching people.
In 1994, they were called to the pastoral ministry and that was the beginning of Casa de Dios, the church they lead and which is known for the manifestation of the presence of the Lord. Today it is one of the largest and most influential churches in Latin America. The church has its own auditorium, built with the effort of every one of the church members.
That same year was the start of Evening Anointing Meetings, open to the general public. They were called Noches de Gloria (Evenings of Glory) due to the stunning manifestation of the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. These meetings became Healing and Miracle Crusades that now are held in many Hispanic-American countries. The broadcasting of a daily TV program, featuring these crusades and the teachings imparted in church, started simultaneously.
Pastors Cash and Sonia are renowned for their apostolic ministry to the Body of Christ, expressed in the pastoral care of ministers, the renewal of hundreds of local churches and as a blessing to Christian people in many countries. Their main goal as ministers have been to develop disciples inside and outside the church, through the Word of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, yielding a strong growth in the staff and ministry of the Church.
Pastors Luna have a clear objective given by God: to see his glory manifested over the entire world through his anointing. Their vision is to reach multitudes for Christ. Join Pr. Cash Luna Tuesday, May 18 at 7:00 pm
